Really good Stay in Elegant Room
beautiful double room easy location enthusiastic staff
I stayed in a Beautiful Double Room, and it was well kept. The location made it easy to reach many restaurants. The staff addressed all needs with enthusiasm.
The elevators are unusually small. This can be difficult when carrying luggage. Guests should be prepared for a tight squeeze, especially during peak times.

Acceptable stay with some drawbacks
poor staff training polyester quilt
The location was great. It was a short walk to the Louvre.
The staff wasn't well-trained for a hotel claiming five stars. We got keys to someone else's room, disconcerting. the bed had a polyester quilt. I could not believe it at a supposed 5-star hotel, seriously.
